The Role We are hiring a VP Marketing to own and scale a revenue-driven marketing engine that directly impacts Videa's growth trajectory, enterprise pipeline, and category leadership. This is a company-defining role, not a traditional marketing leadership position. You will be responsible for building a repeatable, high-performing go-to-market system that drives pipeline, accelerates enterprise deals, and establishes Videa as the leader in AI-powered dental care. You will report directly to the CEO and work as a core member of the leadership team, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to shape how we grow. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonus opportunities, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package where applicable.
